I am remodeling a house in Sparta so I got the electricity turned on. They said I would save $ 40 in connection fees if I had the water turned on at the same time. I told them I wasn't ready for the water yet but they said they would leave it off at the road so it wouldn't be on in the house. I received my bill today and there are over $ 50 in charges for water , sewer and garbage fees and I have used none of these services ! They said these are minimum charges and you have to pay no matter what. They told me I could save $ 40 but it will end up costing me a lot more. They should tell people this in advance , it is very shady and greedy .
Worst ever!!! $500 for deposit on a 2 bedroom apartment?! Refuse to do credit check. They take full advantage of people being required to use them. Morally disgusting. I will not be moving to Sparta solely because of this rip off company. And the customer service is abbsolute horrid. The lady who makes all the decisions is purely horrible! Big head complex. Will make it a point to let you know She can work with the deposit, but merely chooses not to. And smiles the whole time. Horrible people. Horrible company. I'll just stay in cookeville. I see now why they have such a horrible reputation. Its well deserved.
