Amazing and beautiful place!
We stayed at Fish Camp in Firefly Acres in April 2016. The experience was fabulous! Pete and Bambi were great hosts and the cabin was perfect for a get away. From the back deck we were able to relax overlooking the horse pastures and at night we had a great view of the stars. The setting is near other cabins but still offered a private and quiet setting. WiFi in the cabin was nice and the kitchen was convenient. We hiked in the nearby Fall Creek Falls state park, attended a Bluegrass Underground show at the Cumberland Caverns (very cool!) and visited Nashville. We highly recommend Firefly Acres!
All of the cabins are colorfully decorated with the cutest touches. The extras from Mrs. Bambi were very appealing, like the bath and body works supplies put out for us to use. Thank you Mr. Pete for allowing our little ones to saddle up and ride pumpkin. The pavilion is a great place for any event, but was fun for us while the rain poured down - to sit by the fireplace and enjoy. As a photographer, this would be a perfect setting for a wedding, family reunion, graduation party, etc.
Great experience in FishCamp cabin. The hot tub was perfect after a very long hike at Virgin Falls! The horses in the pasture were beautiful and the owners were great.

If the grounds don't take your breath away, the hospitality and accommodation will! Waking up each morning to the peacefulness of nature and being able to sit on the balcony to enjoy the horses was wonderful. There was so much to do, that we never left the grounds. I was reluctant to leave to go pick up ice!
