The people are always friendly on the phone and in person very easy to deal with
Very unprofessional. Took almost three months to get our gas hooked up. We were never notified when it was hooked up until we received the bill, only to find out that bill was for the meter only, not to hook it up to the house. So we are currently paying for gas we are unable to use, since hooking it up to the house is "not necessarily" done by the person who installed the meter.
