Went on a great day hike with my boyfriend. Several beautiful vistas with amazing views. Not too stressful but some moderate inclines. Looking forward to another visit in the future.
I would recommend as a day hike for inexperienced hikers. Good hiking boots a must. We did it with scouts and my son regretted the rocky stream beds in converse with full backpacks. Not a long hike but up and down.
Beautiful scenery but no extra amenities whatsoever. No maps, no toilets at the ranger station, no trashcans. We camped so all our trash had to be carried back out, packed into the car, and brought home. Part of the trail was flooded, so we kind of made our own paths in parts. Very easy hike for families or those with pets!
Such a serene place very relaxing. The rangers are absolutely amazing ppl .it felt like family.
It is a strenuous hike to Virgin Fall, but if the water is running, it is worth it. There are a few Falls along the way. Great area.
