My fiance and I stopped in to find out what they charge for an oil change. My fiance asked and the guy running the shop stated the price for the high mileage oil change and said if the filter is in a case it costs more. Then my fiance asked why would someone but the high mileage verses a standard and the guy said because it's for cars over 75000 miles. My other half askes again the same question and the guy acted as if we were wrong for asking the question. Seriously, why is the synthetic better than standard oil? But the guy continued to argue and my fiance did the same back. We were in the process of leaving when my fiance decided to obtain the employees information so he could contact someone in charge. The guy at Pennzoil called his regional manager, even though he stated he was the owner operator he still insisting we were wrong, the regional manager sat and listened as if he didn't care. I will not recommend them to anyone.
I don't think these guys actually changed my oil. The oil on the dip stick is still very dirty and dark in color. Plus they managed to get dirt all in my car. Overall bad experience. I will not be going back.
