Just spent two hours dealing with auto pro in sparta. Asked for a front end alignment and oil change. Two hours later they come to inform me I have a bad tie rod end, and they can't align it. TWO HOURS later! Did they change my oil? No. After being patient, they take 20 more minutes to back my truck out! And have the balls to inform me they'll charge an hours labor (@$60) to change the tie rod (a 15 minute job). So I went and purchased the inner tie rod end to replace it myself, quick, easy job, only to find out, it isn't bad. There is nothing I hate more than people wasting my time and money!
