My husband and I just purchased a car from them and we are so thrilled with the whole experience. This makes the third vehicle we have purchased (two from Jason Lewis Automotive) one from another dealership (worst experience we’ve had). Particularly happy with the way we were treated by Grant and Al, they really made us feel comfortable and didn’t feel pressured into buying a vehicle like the other dealership had done. They were able to give us the exact car we wanted at the exact price we wanted!!! I would highly highly recommend Jason Lewis Automotive and would highly recommend seeing Grant and Al.
Had my personal vehicle worked on here and still had issues after they tried repairing it, ended up having the vehicle towed after they failed to put a bolt back in my sway bar was told it was ready wednesday called to pick it up the next day and they were still "putting it back together" the service record I received only stated they replaced a bolt and did an inspection talked to a manager who was absolutely no help at all. Very disappointed and will never be back unless it's to get a refund for the repairs they tried doing. I am certain more damage was done than I knew and was covered up.
