I couldn't ask for a better process. I worked my deal with BJ for a used car mainly over the phone and text (time saver) and he ALWAYS responded. I had been shopping for weeks and tried working deals with several other dealers where there responses were largely auto messages, and most really wanted me to go to the dealership. I didn't want the run around, I wanted a deal that worked for both sides and get it done so I all I had to do is go there test drive and sign the paperwork. I was literally there for under 15 minutes.
