If I could give 0 stars I would. I wish I would have read the reviews for this location, before I went here. I got a promotional email from Samsung for a buy one get one half off on note 8. I wanted to upgrade from the note 4, but they are so expensive. The promo deal made me change my mind. Called the location on Friday and set an appointment time for Monday. The rep there had all weekend to find out if I could get the deal. They had my account info. Needless to say after going there and paying 500 for the new phones, cases, glass and chargers. Spending all day there and still not having the phones set up correctly. I get a call that I need to return the phones, bc the rep just read the fine print and noticed that I couldn't have the promo, they said I could. The next day the general manager called and kept screaming about how she's a human and made a mistake. The GM wouldn't listen to me. She wound up screaming so loud my husband could hear her. We go back to return the phones to get our money back. She says she's going to get the promo for us cause it was wrong that the mistake was made and it wasn't honored after they said we could have it. She asked me to text her and check in with her later in the week. Well, she didn't hold up her end of it like she said she would. So I sent an email to the owner of the location. Who said they would fix this issue. And weeks later nothing. They waited until I count return the phones, lied about what they would do. She said she would at least waive the fees. That was a lie, my verizon up points towards new equipment wasn't even used. I called Verizon and because it's not a corporate store, which I didn't know. They can't fix it. Make sure if you get a promo from samsung you go to an actual corporate store for Verizon. The reps at this store will say anything to get you in there and get their commission. I do not recommend this location. 0 stars
Rude, didn't listen or try to understand my situation. I have an att exclusive phone and have to have specific chargers. The woman wouldn't listen...I'm 3hrs away from home so I buy the $30 charger and it didn't work. Just like I said. I walked around the store searching while she yakked on the phone for several mins. Just us 2 in there, her not even greeting me when I entered. Att is light yrs ahead!!!!
Do not go here, it is a waste of time. Go to the corporate store in Cookeville. It's similar to going into Walmart to deal with your account. They have very low functionality.
I hated Verizon. I have a ton of tell a marketer phone calls! I never had this issue before. They are always finding a way to charge us more than what they claim they d charge. I can't wait to change my carrier
