Our server was amazing Kelsie.. and the food was delicious!!! Thank you for a great first visit!!!
The food wasnt bad, but the service was awful. The forgot to cook half my order and i had to wait even longer for it. I also had to keep asking for drink refils. I will not be back.
Nice place with a friendly staff. Prices are good. However, they never seem to get our order right. Always have to ask for the rest of our food. The food we have gets cold as we wait for the rest of our order.
Excellent breakfast here yesterday as we passed through the town of Spartan. We'll be back next time we're at Fall Creek Falls camping!
We stopped in to have a late dinner. Waitress was great at first greeted us quickly and asked what drinks we wanted. She brought our drinks and gave us time to look over the menu. The prices were a little high considering the restaurant. Waitress came to take our order and I barely got our that we wanted the special on the board outside (2burgers,2fries and 2 drinks for 9.99) she blurted out okay and walked off. I didn't get to ask what was on the burgers or any questions. The waitress spend her time chatting with the other waitresses and a older man sitting at the counter (customer). The man was walking around wiping tables (weird). All while NY husband sat waiting for a refill on his drink. Finally the cook ended up bringing our food to us due to the waitress not paying any attention. She saw him bring our food so she ran over and asked if we needed anything. Our only request was ketchup and she got him a refill after another waitress grabbed his cup to refill it. My husband's burger was burnt. As mine did have and good flavor bur she brought it with nothing but cheese on it and 2 slices of pickle on side. Of course in the menu it shows lettuce, tomatoes and mayo on them which we did not get. After our food was dropped off we never saw our waitress again during our meal. Of course my husband sat without anything to drink over half way through his meal. It was freezing in there so I finally told my husband to forget waiting on the waitress to bring our check. We went to the counter and another waitress walked passed us 3 times talking to the older man at the bar. Finally a cook said you have someone at the counter so she came over to us. My husband said can we please pay for our food I don't know where our waitress went. The girl said yeah she went to the back. As she proceeded to check us out. Low and behold our waitress runs out and says oh sorry and laughs. She said how was your service and my husband's reply was well I guess ok. I mean at one point he tool his cup up to the bar and had to ask for refill. Needless to say the service was horrible.had the lady went on break then she should have had another waitress cover her table. They were not busy their were four couples in there the entire time we were. The food was not good enough to turn after the service we got. We will not be back.
