They let me down constantly. But I want to like them so I come maybe 4-5x a year. But the other Fridays are carryout from Dominos when it could be Pizza Hut. Tonight it was appetizer coming out same time as pizzas with no communication from server until we asked, unsweetened tea coming out for sweet teas, and wrong soda. Get it right one time Pizza Hut Sparta, and we will double our attendance because we just want the potential of a good visit. Please.
Love this pizza hut. Food is good and hot. Service is fast and friendly. The only complaint I have is they dont clean the menu or condiments on the tables. Salt & pepper shakers, cheese shaker are always nasty sticky. The lights above tables are full of dust webs. Clean it up for 5 stars.

Our party got seated first but our server took the party that was seated after us first.then it took forever to get our food.. service was poor to say the least..I didn't recommend it
