We have had two different dealings with Tennessee Cultured Marble. The first time was in 2008 when our local cabinet maker contracted them to make counter-tops for our new kitchen cabinets. They came exactly on the scheduled date and the end product was great. The counter-tops looked beautiful and fit perfectly. We have no complaints with this dealing. However, in early August of 2013 we visited their shop and made arrangements for them to come to our house to measure for a bathroom vanity top and a shower stall. At that time, we were told that it would be about 3 to 4 weeks for the product to be built and installed. They came to our house on August 14, did the measurements, and again told us that it would be about 3 to 4 weeks for delivery (which would have been about September 9-13). We agreed on the price and wrote them a check for 80% of the total. In early-September we had some problems with the prep work for the shower and called them to ask if the delivery could be postponed a week or so. They agreed to postpone installation, making the delivery date the week of September 23-27. That week came and went, but they didn’t show up. We played phone tag with them for several weeks until they left us a message saying that they had all of the materials in stock and we were next in line. They finally installed our shower on October 29, which was about five or six weeks late. We are very satisfied with the quality of the shower stall and the installation. If you use their services, be prepared for unexplained delays.
