This company only cares about themselves. They don't listen to the clients needs or wants. That's just one conplaint.
I myself worked for this company, went ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR THEM, my 90 day raise consisted of .25 cents..... THEN I got fired for asking for a letter of recomendadtion which I now have but shortly after Nathan screwed me on hours because the big boss got on him for 1 staring and blasting this page. NOW Lori has screwed me out of $180 worth of pick up shifts plus NEVER paid me for any mileage so tomorrow I plan to call bbb because this company needs to be shut down. These people are worthless. And they do nothing but gossip about the clients. Worst job EVER.
If there was a no star option I wouldn't even give this company a star. This is the worst company I've worked for. The office is lazy and unorganized. They Iare hardly in the office, they don't do regular check ups on their clients abd they have no respect for their workers. I wouldn't recommend this company to any elder person in my family nor would I offer to send a potential employee to work for them. This is directed strictly to the Crossville Tennessee office.
Nathan Ford, one of the bosses, blatantly lied to an employee, saying the patient made a complaint when no such thing happened. He also made numerous empty promises to said employee, as well as taking away her previously known and scheduled days off, not providing the relief help that was hired in the employees stead in the first place. This is the work of the Crossville, TN office.
