The first of August I called Paris Plumbing because I had water backed up in the tub after washing laundry. The toilet wouldn't flush. They sent a man named Frank out to snake my lines which is what I thought needed to be done. Not the first time I have had problems. That was $150. Frank told me I needed another cleanout between the existing cleanout and the house and that would be another $359. I did what he suggested. A week later I have water on the ground around where the new clean out is. I called and he came and said it was from my AC unit. I didn't agree but figured he knew what he was talking about. Here it is Friday the 13th, 2 weeks after he was last out here. I woke up to the smell of sewer in my home. Outside I found gray water standing at my cleanout, the one he just said he cleaned out a month ago and that it was fine. I ended up calling another plumber who worked for several hours doing what should have been done to start with, and Frank told me he did which was to clean out my sewer line. Funny thing is today when it was cleaned all kinds of crap came out and Frank said he didn't find anything. I called the company and complained as I have already given them $500 for nothing and am having to start all over. Will let you know what I hear back. I don't want to give them one star!!!
