Best pediatric group I've seen!!! Both my children love the staff and no matter who you see there is always a warm smile on their face and kind and caring hearts and hands!!!' We will continue to use until my children no longer need pediatric doctors! :)
Very nice and makes you feel welcome instead of you are bothering them by showing up. My babies will go here until they can not.
Disgusting bathroom and over an hour wait time. The desk worker was very non confidential she would almost scream our information across the phone and the entire room could hear. She was somewhat rude and very dismissive. The wait room is very tacky and outdated with a mural of a stream dated from 2010. Plastic plants all over and the tv for the kids was not not even plugged in...final time here. We waited an hour+ then got turned away and told to drive another hour on Monday back.
Dr Chakrabarty has been taking care of my children since he moved to Cookeville over 18 years ago! If I ever needed him on the weekends for my children being sick, he never hesitated to come in to the office. I've never been turned away for a sick visit and that is very rarely seen with physician's offices these days! his office is always clean and his staff goes above and beyond to help everyone! I would not think of taking my children to any one else! The Sparta office rarely has wait time, so I can always run in when my kids are sick!
My kids have been coming to Dr Chakrabarty since we moved here 9 years ago. He has taken excellent care of them whether it be smaller needs (typical cold and flu) or larger problems (my son needed to see a specialist). He and his staff always make sure to go above and beyond to make your child feel like the top priority. I especially love the Sparta office because it's less crowded and I know we can be seen very fast when needed plus they work on Saturdays too! I dread the day my kids are too old for the pediatrician, I doubt we will find someone they love and trust as much as this office!
